《璦琿條約》，又稱《愛琿城和約》，是由俄國和清朝黑龍江將軍奕山在1858年5月28日（咸豐八年四月十六日，當時俄國使用的儒略曆1858年5月16日）璦琿（今黑龍江省黑河）簽定的條約，該條約令中國完全失去了對黑龍江以北約60萬平方公里的領土，烏蘇里江以東40萬平方公里土地中俄共管，是中國近代史上一次放棄領土擁有權最多的條約。此條約當時未經清政府批准，但後來在《中俄北京條約》確認。條約原存於中華民國外交部，現典藏於臺北外雙溪國立故宮博物院。

2013年十大儲存產業發展趨勢的預測

日立數據系統（HitachiData Systems，HDS）副總裁暨技術長Hu Yoshida（見左圖）今（21）日來台，發表他對2013年十大儲存產業發展趨勢的預測，涵蓋IT消費模式與成本結構、快閃記憶體技術的進展以及整合基礎架構解決方案等領域。Hu Yoshida指出，未來一年當中，巨量資料（Big Data）將持續成為IT產業的重要焦點，IT專家必須以有限的預算與時間解決新挑戰，同時發掘巨量資料對企業的價值。

Hu Yoshida在儲存產業享譽盛名，他的部落格最近還被美國《網路世界》雜誌評選為十大最具影響力的部落格，以下是他針對2013年的IT產業趨勢所提出的十大預測：

1. OPEX與CAPEX大幅變動：過去10年來，數據儲存總成本每年以7%的速度持續攀升，主要是因為營運成本（OPEX）增加，而硬體成本（CAPEX）相對平穩所致。Hu Yoshida認為，隨著硬體功能提升與儲存容量需求的上升，CAPEX將於2013年持續攀升，並在總擁有成本中佔有更大比重。

2.新消費模式：企業將不再一次性地購買所有儲存系統，而是以4~5年的方式分攤CAPEX，亦即，他們將按需求進行採購。所以，企業需要利用動態儲存服務、虛擬化與非中斷式的資料轉移等技術與能力；儲存系統廠商也可為企業提供託管服務，協助他們將CAPEX轉換為OPEX。

3PAR is "uniquely qualified" in providing the kind of storage technology right now that Dell requires, Dell executive Praveen Asthana tells eWEEK.

Dell's top cloud and storage executive, Praveen Asthana, confirmed to eWEEK Aug. 27 why Dell is pursuing 3PAR so desperately: Not only does its IP fit an important high-end storage need, but he admitted that there aren't any other available companies at the moment that fill that requirement.
Asthana, deeply involved in the acquisition negotiations at the company's Round Rock, Texas, headquarters, understandably could not comment about the tug-of-war between his company and Hewlett-Packard, which also values 3PAR enough to offer a cool $2 billion for the Fremont, Calif.-based storage maker.
"If you look at the emerging market currency of cloud storage and cloud services, 3PAR is uniquely qualified in providing that kind of storage technology right now," Asthana, whose title is Dell vice president of enterprise solutions and strategy, told a small group of journalists in answering eWEEK's question.
3PAR is not the only company that offers scale-out storage. Isilon, Compellent, Xiotech, Pivot3 and Infortrend 普安 are five of at least a dozen established companies that offer high-end utility-type storage for enterprises large and small.
